Water Water Everywhere!!

Well, here I was yesterday, by myself, with nobody to cook for me (yeah, I live with my parents and Mom cooks all the time) so I decided to cook some chicken wings for myself. I didn't want to grab a cookie sheet from the pantry (i.e. the garage) so I used a little cake pan I found in the cupboard. Mmmmmmmm, the wings were great and I didn't have to feel guilty about no vegetables for the kids since they weren't here. The problem, however, came about when I set the pan to soak. I got online, chatted for a bit and then went to do the dishes. Much to my surprise, I was standing in a lake on the kitchen floor. Seems the little cake pan had a wee little hole in it. That one little hole let the entire pan of water out in good time!

Just goes to show you that my parents shouldn't go out on date nights!!

Okay, so I'm new to this whole blog thing. Honestly, I'm not sure if I've bought into it completely, but I'll give it a shot as a friend suggested I try it.
